stolen passport card and global entry

Recently my passport card, expired drivers license and expired passport book were stolen from the campervan up here in san diego. I know I should report the passport card as stolen but don't want it to screw with my global entry. I still have my global card as well as a current passport book. Has anyone dealt with this before? How long did it take to get the new passport information updated with global entry?

Once had to get a Passport card to allow me to work @ Solar Turbines in Otay Mesa.
I got the new card and presented it to get my 6 month work permit.
Proceeded to leave the new card in the work permit office:o.
My Sentri or GOES has never been affected in over 5 years (so far).
