RIP cousin Beto from San Lucas Cove

Juan & i spent the last couple days in San Lucitas to bid farewell to our cousin Beto Arce who some of you may have known. He is son of Felix ARce from BOLA.

Beto was a gentle giant who loved to hang out down at the launch ramp at the cove and often helped anglers with their fish. So we sat down there remembering him where he loved to be. DEP cousin.

here is a family photo of them from the family reunion..Beto is back left. He was taken by a rapid onset of cancer.

We spent the night comfortably in a lovely room at Las Casitas...here is the view from our room.

and had a visit with more family in San Ignacio...hotter than hell!!! Upside is the laundry dries in 5 minutes...haha

I remember him from the fish cleaning station... always a Bueno broma to banter back and forth at the mesa. It was a good day to die, and a wonderful place to do it. DEP, sorry for your family's loss.
