Baja roadside service muerto

Sure didn't last long, hopefully i get a refund?

"Dear SimpleHelp Users:

In 2016, we launched our Mexico assistance service: SimpleHelp Expat Assistance.
With this service, we have assisted many expats throughout Mexico in roadside assistance needs, home needs, and others.

Unfortunately, the demand for our product did not meet the required goal to maintain a low price for our users. Due to this, we will be deactivating the SimpleHelp website within the next few days.

• All users that are in a month-to-month payment basis will not be billed automatically any longer.
• Users with annual accounts will be refunded the prorated amount for the months of non-usage.

You can expect this refund to be reflected in your original payment account within 21 business days (depending on your individual bank).

For any further questions, please reply to this email or via phone M-F 9am-5pm (664) 678-1623

Thank you for your trust and business, "
