Friday is International Beer (cerveza) Day
Well, it's August already (almost) and that can only mean one thing...
That's right!! It's time to celebrate International Beer Day!! Celebrated on the first Friday in August (this year, it's August 4th) it's a day to
raise a glass and enjoy a frosty beverage.
How to celebrate International Beer Day
The founders of the International Beer Day had three declared reasons for the day, and are as follows:
Gather with friends and enjoy the taste of beer.
Celebrate those responsible for brewing and serving beer.
Unite the world under the banner of beer, by celebrating the beers of all nations together on a single day.
So do your part for World Peace and Unity!! Have a beer!!

I considered buying a ocean front house at Rancho Santini, maybe 10 years ago. It was a land lease deal so I didn't do it. Nice house tho.
I'll definitely buy some primo beer Friday, take a break from the light brews. Maybe Negra Modelo.

Cape Cod Beer in Dennis, MA holds a weekly Farmers' Market that doubles as a "happy hour" featuring beers brewed on the premises. So while they don't specifically mention International Beer
Day, I'm happy to celebrate it while shopping for kale and bean sprouts.
