Buying land Todos Santos

We've settled on 2 adjacent parcels just south of La Pastora, each 1,999 square meters. The seller is American, the lot has municipal water and ejido water as well as electric to the lot line.
We have agreed on price.

What I'm looking for is a blank real estate contract for use in Mexico. FWIW we know our way around contracts.

We contacted an attorney in TS for assistance, he wants $1,500 per lot to draw up the contract.

thanks in advance

Don't know where to get what you're looking for but I have a question, just out of curiosity.

Is the current fideicomiso modified for a change of names and transferred or is the current fideicomiso canceled and a new one put in place?

The notary should be able to get you one.

don't waste money on a lawyer drawing up a contract
the notary will do that for you - it's included in the fees

Thanks. I've been asking everyone I know in TS for a Notario recommendation. So far I'm striking out. Being in the business in the States, we are well aware of the range of expertise among fellow professionals, and want to be sure that whoever we engage is up to the task.
