Retired Pro looking for furnished accomodation
This is for a landlord that wants a long term renter, year or longer.
Maximum is $300 USD per month, no higher and nice place at that rate.
Value for the money, I know the prices in MX , only reason I am posting here is it's free and easy. Probably much more likely to find once I get
there.
Must be within 30 minutes of San Diego crossing, in a relatively safe area, safe building. Must have reliable water, electric, appliances. Air Cond,
unless natually cool as close to ocean. Prefer stand alone units, no huge complexes with bad management. No airbnb.
Does not have to be fancy, but clean, no bad plumbing, electric, no serious insect or rodent problems, working decent appliances (not a 10 year old
fridge). Don't care much what it looks like outside, but inside must be comfy and everything works. Must have decent reliable shower and toilet.
I always pay on time, reliable income, but I expect landlord to cover maintenance.

When i evaluate potential tenants i usually reject any that present themselves as god's gift to landlords (but it is pretty rare to find a potential
tenant with such a swollen head)

when I evaluate landlords I usually reject those that assume because I rent I am their house *****. I don't have to rent from you, plenty of places
available.
I am a good tenant, but I don't tolerate landlords that expect the rent on time for sitting on their fat Axxes and doing nothing. Chance are I have
more education than you, am smarter than you, so just because you own rental property doesn't make you better than me.

LIke I always say be very cautious with newbies. My personal policy is never to engage newbies if there is any hint of trolling or their first posts
are of a controversial subject, and really what I like to do is in general just ignore newbies until they develop a track record of at least 50 to
100 posts, so you get an idea what they are about.
This way you avoid feeding another Chuckie, like troll.
In the case here the OP supposedly newbie made one of his first posts in the OT!
If bells and whistles on't go off in your heads over that alone, I don't know what will alarm some of you?
