Beautiful Don Quiote. Now show it and explain it to the impoverished gill- netters. It's a tough sell.

Very nice.

The music reminds me of this video of San Diego

The love we all feel for Baja is exemplified with this beautiful film.

If the Viscaino Biosphere could be extended to the whole peninsula and it surrounding waters, it be for a survivable future for all.

The local Coops like Juans in BA and other responsible Coop areas should have the full backing and support of the government, if they truly want to preserve this for future generations.

Commercial trawlers need to be banned outright anywhere in the surrounding waters. This would accommodate the fishing charter business that has little overall impact, compared to the lawed and outlawed trawlers that continue to degrade the stocks for everyone.

Make the entire peninsula a Biosphere Protected Zone. Local groups would benefit and be able to continue their fishing charters.

This beautiful film brought tears to my eyes. The solution is right there. Trawlers need to go. Ban them from all of Baja and let the local Coops manage the resource with full government support. A little direct funding to these Coops would show a lot to other areas that have been hesitant to initiate their own preservation attempts. They know better than anyone how to preserve fish stocks.

A dream? You bet. Why not hope for a lasting solution while preserving the fishing charter business that supports so many all over Baja.

Cudos to those who have chosen to take a hit in order to have a future for their passion. Thanks to all here.

Agreed. I'm sure you are aware of the coops along the central surf zone who pimp lobsters that are too small to send to china? What to do in a foreign land!
