Valle de Guadalupe - advice wanted - private driver?

Hi, we are looking for a way to see Valle de Guadalupe? We have heard the wineries are great. We live in San Diego. We just want to do a day trip. One idea we have is to walk across the border ourselves and meet a driver to drive us around all day. Is this common? Any recommendations for a good safe driver with references?
Ideally: clean modern reliable car with air conditioning for 2 people plus the driver, non-smoking, limited English OK, wineries recommendations optional (we could provide addresses if needed). Driver must know the area (NO GETTING LOST!) We are not looking for luxury, just comfortable, safe and good value. Thanks!

I can second the Omar recommendation. we used him last year to take a group around Valle Guadalupe and he was great.
