Those that know the territory , and have been doing the Baja for a long time know this to be true. I appreciate Gypsy Jans attitude because she's right. And I appreciate her reminder to us all that positive thinking will take you a long way in Baja.

At least in California the cops don’t extort money from tourist via phony traffic violations!

I like the roads in California, just plain better engineered, better maintained, and safer
