Cartel -possibly? Here in San Felipe there was a cartel bust resulting in many weapons and fish blatters by the table full being confiscated. Yesterday I witnessed a bus load of Federal police arrive an have lunch at Playa Azul. Turns out that restaurant has a contract with the feds. The feds also have a new fleet of Jeep Wranglers that are cruising all over the place. They travel in groups of 3 top 5 at a time. We see them in the campos and all over town. Most of the time they are escorted by a navy pickup. The feds are fully ready with body armor and automatic weapons. clearly visible whenever they get out of their trucks.
