Deja Vu all over again!

I had to take a bunch of books down so some electrical work could be done. One of them was a much worn, covers missing 5th edition Baja California Guidebook by Wheelock and Gulick. Browsing through it was a trip back in time. We used this book, my Daughter and I, on our first trip to Baja together, back in the day. It was liberally sprinkled with comments in pencil by my daughter, every one of which brought a grin to my face! " I don't think this road really goes anyplace" as an example...If there were do overs in this life, I would do that trip over....stay well all..My Daughter died of cancer, a year ago Oct 23...

My scribbled in book is 'The Baja Catch', and a couple AAA
maps. Chuck, very sorry to hear your pain on the loss of
your daughter

Sorry for your loss. It is nice that you have those memories and that book to reflect back on and smile. That is how it should be.

Very sad Chuckie, I am sorry.
Nice that a great Baja guidebook played such a well-documented connection to her memory for you!

I am so sorry for your loss Chuckie, the memories are sweet but not as good as the loved one.
I am glad you were able to share Baja together.

So sorry to hear about your loss. She was astute - the roads really lead nowhere but everywhere at the same time.
