Casitas or house in San Juanico?

Five of us (and our dogs) heading down to San Juanico. Looking at Casitas de San Juanico. Or maybe a house? We don't need anything as fancy or pricey as the Surf Hotel...but we do want clean and safe. Anyone stayed here recently?
Thanks!

Baja 99. Email these guys. Tell her what you're looking for and she might also know of a few places that aren't on that site. She's easy to work with.

Have fun!

I thought so, then the owner realized it was booked. I just got a response from the website mentioned above- she says there are a couple houses available- I just need to chose one!
