Panga Recomendations Southern Tip of Baja

Hey guys, planning a spear fishing trip, either out of San Jose, Pescadero (On the Pacific) or La Ventana area's in December. Weather conditions (Wind) and cheapness/value of panagas will decide where we end up. May hit up both sides.

Does anyone have any good recommendations for local panga boat captains? Feel free to send a U2U.
