Mexico's Housing Debacle

Today's LA Times has an informative article about Mexico's so called affordable housing.

As usual, Mexico's corruption, mismanagement, and lack of oversight effects the poor.

"Failure" and "tragic" (once more) are the words that come to mind to me. Also, one more nail in the worldwide coffin of quasi-Socialistic States operating with limited appropriate laws, and even less enforcement of what applicable rules they even have! :fire:

Mexico and Debacles

A never-ending story.
