Thanks for asking David, yes all is good with Kevin, we all have leases and I think the rates are fair, where else can I get what I have for so little. Don Briggs has not been to Punta for years, his son Tres has taken over responsibility for his house. Yes the airport is one of the few in the area that has permits and officially open. Life is good in Punta.

David, the web page was kept up by one person who had a house in Punta,and had the interest. He moved to El Dorado Ranch north of San Felipe. It's obvious that he has lost interest.
