    Foto four shows an issue with the drywall joint on the ceiling. Where is the leak? Otherwise, looks legit for the price!

    I think they made a mistake with the monthly rate. I think they meant weekly right?

    Anyway, it seems unlikely. What many foreigners aren't aware of is that all they routinely see are tourist rental rates, which are often several times higher than the normal local rate.

    BTW, Woody-- knowing the owners, I'm sure the roof doesn't leak... if you're put off by a visible drywall joint, I suspect you'd fail most homes in La Paz for some reason or other. :lol:

      This is the place we rented for the month of February! and another near it for Mom to say at!

      Reports in a week or so. Very excited to be in the BIG city!
