So, we are ready to sell our house since we want to do more traveling as we now own 3 houses here in town!

Here is the diningroom-we opted to put it between the livingroom and the kitchen although there is a separate little alcove by the front door for a
separate formal diningroom (we use it as a computer room).
BTW we are not moving away, we have 3 houses which is a handful as I get older. Trying to downsize! We will sell this one first and a new beach
house that Les built will be sold in the future. Right on the beach, it is exquisite.

Can you explain the title, not sure what that means. Is there a lease or rent on the land?

No Jacuzzi yet at the new place but you never know! The beach house is absolutely amazing.
and no real changes motoged... We are simply going back to the B&B room that we love. It is one of the nicest suites on the planet - see it as
the luxury suite on the webpage.
There is no one that is 100% dependable for cleaning here in town and there is no way I can handle 3 houses by myself. Just ain't happening.
