Meno is a very fair and good all around mechanic. I wouldn't say he specializes in brakes and shocks but I would trust him to most any work. Nice guy and some English.

Fili has a large shop now and has a brake mechanic. On the highway, right side going south, about a mile past the airport turnoff. Great guy and has a good team. Speaks english.
