18.75 is a rate you can get today...

we don't live in the world that you can get 19.725 today

if you are thinking of building...
now is the time to start converting dollars to pesos

Down?

All last month when I was there, the rate was in the 18s and VERY low 19s. Unsure where they got a number like 19.725.
