Multiple buses a day and night from terminal in SJD. Safe and cheap. Best option by far.

Rough cost for a taxi is right, cost would be rough, especially originating in San Lucas, where they are known to be $$$. You'd be better off renting a car.

Bus is easy. Get dropped at the bus sration in LaPaz and then call a taxi.
Very senic bus ride.

SJD airport to Los Barriles was $180 return.

Well worth it and I recommend pre-booking. Exiting the airport is a bit of a crush these days with so many more people arriving. I hire a local LB driver, but this web site looks like one I'd check out if I needed to go to La Paz.

Buen viaje!

Hmmm, I'm thinking I can get closer to $100-120.

In Sonora an hour and a half ride is 1500 pesos.

Might have to do some negotiating in Cabo.

Bus takes too long, doesn't stop for beer, etc.

Try BPE taxi business listings in Los Barilles. People also post shared rides requests.

You might be able to arrange something for less with a smaller operation. Homar Olachea is very good and will organize around your needs.
