Neal Johns, happy birthday to you!

I had a nice email from Marian that Neal just had his 87th birthday after an exciting year that included whale watching trip to San Ignacio Lagoon, as well as seeing the total eclipse in Oregon. Happy Birthday Neal the Aridologist!

It is what Neal has always called himself... someone who studies arid areas of the world... an ex-Navy guy who never wants to be on the sea or near water, again! Marian said he wouldn't even go out to pet the whales and stayed back in camp.

Happy Birthday Neal!

Two members of Neal Johns' 'Wives in Waiting'
(M and jeans) battle for a lower WiW number!

Marian and Neal Johns ('Aridologist').
I think Neal is explaining his WiW* system!

Hey, it was my B-day too!

Where was the Nomad love? I suppose I have to do something more than pound a keyboard to be honored, so that's fair enough!

I don't have a photo of my WIW club, but the closest thing to a cat fight would be them trying to be the first one out the exit! :biggrin:

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

We are going to have to thumb wrestle for this title, as I am pretty sure I was the last WIW #1 card holder. IF I have to relinquish my standing I can't think of a better Baja woman to have it.

All that said, happiest of birthdays to you, Kneal. (No, not a typo to those out of the know). How are your stick lizards doing anyway?

Mucho love,
P. >*)))>{

Happy Birthday Neal!

I hear that you and Nelson are heading to (and over) the Clark Mountains in a day or two - enjoy the ride!

Save me a piece of birthday cake, we'll be down to visit one of these days.
