That birria at Los Poblanos is fantastic, and the tacos at Acambaro are great as well (washed down with an icy Michelada, of course). Meanwhile, in the fridge here at home we've got leftover meatloaf. It's good meatloaf, but it ain't carne asada or al pastor. Maybe a couple of Micheladas will enhance its qualities. :light:

Oh man, I love cilantro and onions piled on my birria. I love their tacos, too. Asada and Al Pastor.

In Tijuana: AQUI ES TEXCOCO" on 10 and Madero next to Calimax parking, I like pit cooked with maguey leaves Texcoco Style Lamb Barbacoa tacos served with "nopales" and "salsa borracha" (hot sauce made with pulque)... mmm... mm... m !



...work to camp and fish.... dream to be there....
