Anyone know hours for FMM office San Ysedro ?

Hello there,
I'm helping a friend drive to Totos Santos soon and want to cross the boarder super early AM to beat South bound traffic.

Need to know what hours the Mexican office is open ?

Thanks, Paco
Ps I Googled it and haven't found the info. yet.

24/7 all INM desks are open the same hours as the border is open. If the desk is unmanned, look in the back if during off hours. Also, the bank teller may not be there at crazy hours, however, the INM officer has a cash box and they are authorized to accept payments if the bank teller is not there or in the case of Mexicali, there is no teller, just the INM desk where I have always paid easily the same guy who gives out the FMM.

One right answer does not negate the FACT that you are full if it!
