We bought this one (https://www.amazon.com/Tie-Down-Engineering-86079-Carrier/dp...) this year. With some very minor modifications, it works just like the one above
except it does not rotate; significantly cheaper.
We have not used it yet here as the beaches here are more solid than those on the Cortez side and so it is not hard to get the car near the water, but
will probably trial it in the next week or two.

here on the bay we get pretty low tides in the winter so I had the welder make us a extension bar...works great

Neat, but no chance that'd work in Asuncion. Launches way too congested and accesses way too steep and narrow.

Come to La Bocana. Much better access for launching. Bob's setup would be great for use at high tides. That is our problem time.

Tilt trailer helps with beach launching my 15 ft Baja Special here in Abreojos.

Yeah, a tilt trailer would be handy here in Asuncion as well (our previous trailer had tilt).
Steve has a good point - the La Bocana launch area is MUCH bigger than those in Asuncion.
We were down there a few weeks ago at the palapa restaurant on the point and I remarked how wonderful it must be to be able to back up just about
anywhere and drop the boat in.

Thanks for the info everyone. Does not seem too private boater friendly in this area. And I understand, the co-ops are there to make money for a
living while I am justing fishing for fun. I will probably see if a guide is available to go with me on my boat the first time or two and learn the
area and launching situation. I like the recommendation in regards to adding a wheel on the tongue of the trailer and using an extension bar so as
not to get my truck in the water too; will have to see about putting one of those systems together.
