Hope you removed the running boards too!

Those “cow guards” will crumple if you hit a cow at 5 mph, they are “all hat, no cattle!”

Stop stealing my lines, Goatley...But you are right..those bashers are generally bolted on with 3/4' bolts...down low..When you hit something it tips back, providing a ramp to your windscreen...If you want the cow in front seat, that's the deal....And most of the time theywont even save the radiator..

Iknow that, you know that, but the guys showing the cow pics apparently don't know that.....And as far as that goes, most of these guys woudnt take their Boulevard cruisers where there is "brush' might scratch the paint.....Last June after a Rodeo and dance in Kaycee Wyoming, on our way back to Casper Motel, I hit a HERD of deer at 80+mph with my wifes Pontiac...Instant total...No guards, no one hurt except the deer...The people that design these vehicles actually know more than the yahoos that hang all the stuff on em. If it wasn't such a PITA I'd post some pics...Hasta

Having hit a cow before in Aridzona, I know that guard is not going to help. Probably only make things worse.
