Planning a month in Loreto

Brand new to this forum so if I am i the wrong place please tell me how to get where I need to go!
We are planning to fly in to Loreto mid January 2019. Looking for a place to rent very close to the beach and within a 10 minute walk to town for one month. First time doing this so all help is appreciated. One or two bedroom with full kitchen and if possible no stairs.
Thank you all.

January and February 2019...definitely time to book.. It’s high season and many places are rented far in advance.
Loreto or Loreto Bay?
In town, check with Kathy Hill, and the various real estate companies. Google is your friend. Also try posting on Lynn Hammon’s Yahoo group, Loreto_Community@yahoogroups.com
Out here in LB, which is generally higher priced rent wise, ( though there are great places in town, comparably priced) there are lots of management companies, vacation rentals, VRBO, and some house exchanges. Many have stairs, however, most will have at least one bedroom on the main level. Google google.
Also try the two local Facebook groups, post your requirements there: Loreto Community Open is one, Loreto Bay Village Voice another
Happy hunting. You’ll have a great time here.
OOPs, just saw that you want within ten minutes walk to town, so Loreto Bay is out.
