Less than 2 minutes to get over the "Fence"

https://mexiconewsdaily.com/news/border-wall-climb-in-just-u...

Looks like quite a drop from the top to me.
Of course the cartel would still want their $$$ for getting you to the top of the fence even if you broke your leg on the landing.

If they make it, Medi Cal treatment the next day though

Saw a piece at the end of this article, a proposal, petition,
to began requiring US citizens to get visas to travel to Mex,
in response to US deportation of undocumented Mex
citizens from the US. An official visa, something beyond
the fmm/tourist card

Won't fly. Will impact the recovering tourist industry.Tourism is up even though crime is up. Better to make small increases in the the established FMM. Pure profit.

We were sitting in the line to the crossing in our car are the west Mexicali crossing and 3 Mexican guys scaled the wall and jumped down the other side, I could see thru the cracks ans saw then disappear into the local neighborhood on the US side.
No easy feat, use using strong grip using the small cracks in the steel wall. As an ex rock climber I was amazed that what they did was even possible.

The guys has no assistance and just started from ground level. We call that free climbing.

They made it look so easy, too. The guy ran out-of-sight, just a block away. This was only a few blocks from the 'legal' border crossing. After he vanished, a Border Patrol Jeep raced to the site but was too late. Obviously, the wall needs improving!

The guy on the bottom is coordinating on his cellphone the diversion tactic that lead to the CBP "just missing them" on the other side.

Your guy, who will lay claim to that? OP, you might want
to rethink the MediCal comment, some day one might
need medical assistance in Mex, Cruz Roja? Granted not

If you go to the malecon in Playas de TJ on the weekend you can see kids and older goof balls squeeze through those lovely orwellian steel bars to get their picture taken on the otherside while taunting la migra a couple dozen yards away... good family fun!!!
