Partnership available
I own a 5br home in San Sebastian Cove 1/2 way between Mulege and Loreto. It is a very private, secluded community of 20 US owned homes with two full
time caretakers.....locks are no neccisito!
Great fishing right outside of the cove since tgere are no towns for 40 miles either way.
House has 2 master suites on main level. Sits next to small arroyo and has lots of natural trees.
We use the house 2x per year for 3-4 weeks around April 15th and October 15th. It would be ideal to find someone that has similar needs at different
times.
Land is lease from Mexican American who also has house here for $2k per year.

Any other information on what the cost would be to buy in? What comes with the house and would you want it all to yourself on the times that you
listed as using it? I have a shared cabin in the Sierras with another couple and it works very good, makes it much more affordable! More pictures
too....

I agree, i am very intrigued, but really want more info about what the PO is specifically looking for, financially, use wise etc. also like to
see more photos - either Via email or here?

I know San Sebastian Cove is a beautiful area and the houses are done with good taste. And the ad is not a scam.Personally I can’t understand why
the op would want any of you doubting Thomas’s for a partner!
