I was there last week and casually noticed a few "for rent" signs...no specifics though as other than checking out Cliff's place we were headed to the beach.

LOL, no worries... I am the only one who makes a deal out of misspelled Baja places! It's a history/education thing.

The se renta sign is on Ricardo's place just at the entrance to the Aguilar property he has had the sign up for 8 months now should be ready for somebody.
