Big Wind Event today....out of the blue!


Wow...nobody was prepared for this 30 or more knot winds that came up around noon here in Asuncion.
Anyone else experiencing this unexpected wind storm?
Internet wind forecasts sure didnt see it coming....

On vacation in Mulege...warm/hot with light winds. Ocean was pure glass this morning. 3 pm and light breeze is beautiful. Thot I'd cheer you up, Amiga. I'm on Parole from cold spring weather in Peskys. Chin up! :cool: Tio

We also get some high winds, but they generally showup in January.
Last year we lost some clay roof tiles as we did again this year. I think I figgured out the problem in the area that the tiles keep coming off.

Our high wind generally come out of the South and can blow to 85 mph.
