SOLD Palapa Home in Los Barriles, BCS for sale

Lot #3 in Costa Brava RV Park, which is a gated community and is on a very nice white sand beach. Our place is about 150' from the beach and close to town.
2 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths. Master bedroom and bath in a block building. Outdoor kitchen, living room and dining area. 1997 32' travel trailer recently remodeled with 2 slideouts. Mini-splits in the block bedroom and in the trailer. We have landline and internet.
Project started in 2011. Palapa built in 2011-2012. About 1800 square feet under the palapa.
There is a large community area, common area bathrooms maintained daily, and rental rooms for overflow guests of residents only.
Additional pictures are available to be emailed.
Asking $91,000 USD. 2020 rent has been paid and will stay the same for 5 years.

Once again, many thanks to David K for the instructions on how to post photos. I have done it twice now, and it is almost easy. And even added some labels to the pics.

I deleted the pictures and re-installed them. A bit of a hassle, but I got it done. Not sure what I did to make them go away on the original post, but I sure didn't like the pictures of the kitty. Hope it is all better now.
