fishing advice for gonzaga

I was thinking about fishing and staying in Gonzaga. I do hook and line and spear. Does anyone have any advice on where to fish there? Are there pangas for rent? Also where should I stay? Camping is an option. Thanks!

I have done a lot of fishing in the area, and it can be quite good for some species, depending on the time of year (sierra, corvina, yellow tail, skip jack, bonito, cabrilla, grouper, triggers...). The Baja Catch by Neil Kelly and Gene Kira is a good starting point for detailed info. Try the islands to the north or Punta Finale if fishing in the bay is slow. U2U me for more detailed info. Best of luck!
