Range Mate Pro.....as seen on TV

okay I never saw this on TV, but it had to be. what this gizmo promises to do is to allow you to grill in your microwave oven. I thought how great this would be for off-grid baking, all you need to do is fire up the EU2000 for 5 minutes and crank up the microwave! well i've since said adios to the off grid life but still pretty frugal with electric and propane.....with propane so expensive I just hate heating the whole oven for a dozen wings, a piece of salmon, or garlic bread.
so I took a chance on this pretty pricey microwave pot. I have no idea how this thing works but somehow it converts microwave energy into infrared heat....an insane amount of infrared heat, almost instantly! In 5 minutes I can GRILL a t-bone steak thats as good as anything off the BBQ, perfect for fish, hot wings, fry an egg, make toast, steam vegetables, frozen pizza.....the only thing you gotta be careful of is to not over overcook and burn your food. the key is to be precise with the cook time.
It was somewhere around fifty bucks from Amazon....im REALLY impressed!

Potential hazards of microwave cooking

https://www.health-science.com/microwave-hazards/

“A basic hypothesis of natural medicine states that the introduction into the human body of molecules and energies, to which it is not accustomed, is much more likely to cause harm than good. Microwaved food contains both molecules and energies not present in food cooked in the way humans have been cooking food since the discovery of fire. Microwave energy from the sun and other stars is direct current based. Artificially produced microwaves, including those in ovens, are produced from alternating current and force a billion or more polarity reversals per second in every food molecule they hit. Production of unnatural molecules is inevitable. Naturally occurring amino acids have been observed to undergo isomeric changes (changes in shape morphing) as well as transformation into toxic forms, under the impact of microwaves produced in ovens. One short-term study found significant and disturbing changes in the blood of individuals consuming microwaved milk and vegetables. Eight volunteers ate various combinations of the same foods cooked different ways. All foods that were processed through the microwave ovens caused changes in the blood of the volunteers. Hemoglobin levels decreased and over all white cell levels and cholesterol levels increased. Lymphocytes decreased. Luminescent (light-emitting) bacteria were employed to detect energetic changes in the blood. Significant increases were found in the luminescence of these bacteria when exposed to blood serum obtained after the consumption of microwaved food.”

The article says:

"Radiation, as defined by physics terminology, is “the electromagnetic waves emitted by the atoms and molecules of a radioactive substance as a result of nuclear decay.” Radiation causes ionization, which is what occurs when a neutral atom gains or loses electrons. In simpler terms, a microwave oven decays and changes the molecular structure of the food by the process of radiation."

This is inaccurate. The only types of electromagnetic radiation that ionize atoms are x-rays and gamma rays. These are the highest frequency types of electromagnetic radiation and therefore impart the most energy, energy = Plank's constant times frequency, E = hf. Microwaves do not ionize atoms. Their frequency, energy, is less than visible light.

Physics 101

As far as changing molecular structure, what do you think happens when you barbecue a steak?

Using a microwave to radiate heat is an expensive way to cook, besides all of the other objections about texture, nutritional value, flavor, and health of the molecular makeup of the food.

While it's clear that North American populations (Nomads) are indoctrinated in favor of microwave radiated cooking consider the work of Robert O. Becker’s book, The Body Electric and in Ellen Sugarman’s book, Warning, the Electricity Around You May Be Hazardous to Your Health and the huge body of evidence of the danger of microwave cooking from other countries.
