Happy Mexico election day!

Cheers to who and whatever will be best for the majority of the populace.

I would bet they have a better turnout % than we do here.

Election days should be more accommodating to encourage participation here.

May the best for the people win. Viva Mexico!

PF.....cuz we are Pretty F***ing cool....

You, sir, are an excellent judge of character ...

No place is perfect on this planet....but Canada sure comes close....too bad it is so far away from Baja....another P F-ing cool place.

Aside from Bacon and Mountie jokes ( and a weird distortion of our accents SOB), we offer the planet some good juju.

The first Canadians that I ever met was when I traveled with my parents on mainland Mexico back in the late 50s. Good people, and quite a few of them around, but none with kids we could play with.

Like Ged and Shari, they all thought Canada was a great place to be from!

If you are not living on the edge, you are taking up too much space!

"Could do better if he tried!" Report card comments from most of my grade school teachers. Sadly, still true!

DO the MATH

Being an American, the number of other Americans one would encounter during the life-cycle would dwarf (exponentially) the number of foreigners (especially Laplanders and Namibians) that one might run across.

SO, of course, there would be more Bad Apples in that bunch.

French Fries are Good

Great, in fact.

But, given the confused and disputed etymology, that may not be something that we can credit to the French.

The few French that I've actually known were mostly OK. The one exception would be a French-Canadian who was a jerk.

Interestingly, one older (non-French) Canadian co-worker (born and raised in Quebec) seemed unparalleled in his dislike for his fellow French-Canadians.

One does have to wonder about a people who enjoy eating Snails.
