San Felipe before Xmas??

I think I found where all the great Amigos went! Thanks for all your help in previous adventures. I am now pulling a 87 samurai with a 13' Gregor car top behind an old 70's Dodge RV. It just keeps getting better.

OK the question: I do not have time this trip to do more that a week total. No BOLA, No conception etc. What about San Felipe or the area? I like fishing and some moderate 4 wheeling exploring. Any great ideas or destinations?

Thanks Amigos!

San Felipe is an excellent choice for a short trip due to it's proximity to the US border. It is just 120 miles south of Calixico. The road is good and you should be able to drive it in about 2 1/2 hours. The fishing is good and the shrimp season is ramping up. There are numerous 4 wheeling opportunities close by. Check out our local web server for much more information @ SanFelipe.com.mx. Enjoy your trip!

Thanks! Any favorite RV type camping spots? The RV is small and self contained. Any adventures or destinations nearby. I have not be south of San Felipe, and only visited San Felipe once in a hurry!

We stayed @ the Marina RV Park 2 years ago before we bought our home @ Bahia Santa Maria. They were running an internet special for $13 per night. That beat the regular rate of $22. Enjoy
