Antonio ('BajaCactus') will be a daddy very soon!

I was able to reach Antonio today on his cell phone... I expected to hear the good news, as he originally thought Lorenia would have delived their new daughter by Monday (yesterday)... Alas, they are giving her one more day for an un-induced labor birth.

Lorenia wants their daughter to be born an American, so they are staying with her brother who lives on this side, until the baby arrives... then will return to Tijuana.

I hope their anxiety is relieved tonight with a succesful delivery!

As soon as I hear and can post the news, I will!

Baby Coming!!! Maybe already here???

Back to the original topic...

I talked to Antonio this afternoon (Thu. 3-10), and Lorenia was in labor... hooray!

They were both in the hospital room...

As soon as I hear the good news, I will post or call Doug (who has a wireless laptop connected) if I am not home... and all the Nomads can get the news!

I was informed that Antonio and Lorenia are the proud parents of a healthy baby girl as of exactly 9:00pm last night (March 10, 2005), weighing in at 7lbs 14oz.
