Baja is sure amazing that of all the tragic losses, a map book of Baja is one of the top losses!
Welcome to Nomad Lifepelagic! I am sure between all the scans we have made of it to share plus those (like Harald in La Paz) who have extra copies...
You will be ok.
There are some of us Baja nuts out there who have been trying to create new editions of the Almanac. Hopefully someday!

The La Siesta books Baja were great! I met the publisher, Walt Wheelock back in 1974, at Posada Don Diego. Was really nice talking to him.. he
authored many Baja books.

I have allot of those books they are the best, for research reason i let a friend borrow that collection and it was saved from the fires , i
mentioned his Walt Wheelock in Sierra San Francisco at the Great Wall paintings and the locals said he brought the town ice cream and chocolate to
that town 50 years ago it was a memorable experience for the now older local tour guides of that area ,

1991 Baja Explorer Topo Atlas
I'm sure there are other/better places to post this but let's give this a try.
Doing some house cleaning and came across a stack (66pages of 239 pages) of Kinko' 11x17 copies (10x12 map size) of the 1991 Baja Explorer Topo Atlas
(which I own). These are continuous map pages for a mostly offroad trip (Baja 1000, Tecate>San Felipe>BOLA>San Ignacio>La
Purisima>Mulege>La Paz). In trip order, unmarked and still in the Kinko's bag. The copies are B&W where as the Atlas is B&W with brown
topo lines and blue for water courses. It seems a shame to place in recycling so....
If interested they are available free to anyone in continental US (others I would ask to help cover postage).
