Yep!!! I had almost 1.5 inches in about thirty minutes up at Lomas de Palmira. A friend of mine over in Comitan said he thought he had over 2
inches. It was a "gully washer"!!!

Serious rainfall from a trop storm or a chubasco, is the main source of moisture/water to all of Baja.

Perfect tropical wave passing by for the last 24. Beautiful "soaking" rain. Rare here. Usual pattern here is huge amounts in a very short time. It
may be dry and hot in the east end and flooding in the west.

Probably flat cement roof, with cement barrier all around. Not much slope and a lot of cracks. Very common.

we just got to our house here in la paz and found puddles and more puddles but we were downtown at el zarape and there was not one drop of rain!
how bizarre.
