It says in this article below that he was “He was last seen in Rosarito in bad condition on September 8th soaking wet in clothes, barefoot and
scared,” wrote Sara Ferber, a Cardiff-based photographer, on Instagram. “The person who saw him has known him for a few years. Said it was bad
then he ran off.”
According to reports, he may have been driving his father’s car, a silver 2001 Volvo station wagon, plate number 4VZK300.

On Surfer website this has been posted. States last seen running down highway wet and barefoot...

his family has made it clear he has some issues......judging from this Teahupoo clip and fending off a shark attack I can't believe anything at Baja
