That's the truth, even in San Diego and I suppose Ensenada. And of course, in TJ, being a hilly city, tons of garbage will be washed into the TJ river
mouth.
Motor oil, pesticides, fertilizers, plastic and perhaps sewage from inundated sewer systems. Stay out of coastal waters near the cities for a week or
so if there are heavy rains.

Sure. Smoke some pot, then wake up to 1ft of water and mud in your Mulege home. Or La Paz. Or Cabo. Or BOLA. With roads impassable and hospitals and
airports closed. But hey, smoke another joint and all is good again.

HAZARDS AFFECTING LAND
----------------------
RAINFALL: Over the next few days, Rosa is expected to produce the
following total rainfall accumulations:
Baja California and northwestern Sonora: 3 to 6 inches, isolated
10 inches.
The Mogollon Rim of Arizona: 2 to 4 inches, isolated 6 inches.
Rest of the Desert Southwest, Central Rockies, and Great Basin:
1 to 2 inches, isolated 4 inches.
These rainfall amounts would produce life-threatening flash flooding
and dangerous debris flows in the deserts, as well as landslides in
mountainous terrain.
WIND: Tropical storm conditions are expected to first reach the
coast within the warning area by Monday morning. Tropical storm
conditions are possible within the watch area by late Monday.
SURF: Swells generated by Rosa will affect portions of the coasts
of southwestern Mexico, most of the west coast of the Baja
California peninsula, and southern California through Tuesday.
These swells are likely to cause life-threatening surf and rip
current conditions. Please consult products from your
local weather office.

This will almost undoubtedly affect our drive down 5 in about 3 weeks heading to Mulege. A lot of rain in the area of construction could make that
area a mess along with the construction around Puertocitis.
Then we will have to watch old Sergio brewing down south and see what track he takes...
Oh well, challenge accepted... Maybe...

Rosa is dancing by us in Bahia Asuncion....waves from the SW are reaching I'd say 18' with a freshening SW wind and a few drops of rain as usual...so
far so good but I heard the internet will be turned off...time will tell.

San Diego region going to get barely a sprinkle, probably not enough to wash the dust off my car.
Western Arizona looks set to get a good flash flood or 3.
SPM mountains should get a good dump.
With luck, the filth of San Felipe will be washed out to sea along with the poachers and meth dealers, we hope.
San quint0in down to Catavina should get a good dump too.

So today the big Strom hit. We rode our dirt bikes east of San Quinten . We got wooping 3 drops of rain haaaaa. Rain God give us a gusher. this place
drying up.
