Ensenada: Selling 1986 35' Prowler Trailer & 8'x18' Workshop

Prowler Model #35V, 1986.
Currently located in Chapultepec on the South side of Ensenada.

I purchased the Trailer 2 years ago in LA. It is a mid-entry, 2-bedroom (1-front/1-rear) layout.

My objective was to convert it into a "live-work", part-time residence and studio. I removed all of the original cheesy cabinetry and built-in furniture. I replaced them with heavy-duty 2x4 & ply portable workbenches around the trailer's entire interior perimeter.

Pros:
- Original flimsy roof completely removed. Replaced with 2x4 joists and 5/8" ply. New flame-on commercial roofing.
- Skylights installed throughout (except rear bedroom).
- Full-size 110v house fridge.
- Original kitchen double-sink.
- Working original propane stove/oven.
- Working original propane hot-water heater.
- 2 front-mounted 10-gallon propane tanks. Supply-tubing is leak-free.
- 3 new tires, 4th adequate.
- 2" Ball Hitch
- Tow lights work. Tows straight.
- CA Title in-hand, registration & plates current.
- CHEAP
- Looks at-home in any Mexican beach camp!

Cons:
- Not a "pretty" trailer. It is 32 years-old.
- Intended use as 110vac park "hook-up"; not ideal for 12vdc "mobile" use.
- Roof AC removed during re-roof. Unit included for refit.
- No interior heater, but blower & lower ducting still installed.
- Awning needs repair/replacement, but is still somewhat usable.
- Trailer's ceiling-lighting circuits were removed for re-roof project; needs new ceiling lighting fixtures & reconnection.
OR: Lamps! Worklights!
- Trailer brakes need rebuild.

$2.5k/BO. I'm willing to assist with "local" move (within 20 miles of City of Ensenada).

I built a separate workshop 3-years ago. It is street-legal 8'wide, x 18' long x 8' high. Built to CA structural building code standards.
- Some benches and shelves, it is not a cramped space.
- 3x6 Skylight.
- Solid-core door w/through-bolted lock hasp.
- Easily transported on a flush-deck standard dual-axle car-hauler. A hauler w/ wheel-wells could still work, but it would be a notably tougher load/secure/unload.

$1.5k/BO. Again, I'm willing to assist with load (and local unload).

IF A BUYER WANTS BOTH AND WILL HANDLE ALL DELIVERY & LOAD OF TRAILER AND SHOP, I'LL TAKE $3K FOR BOTH.

CASH or possible trade for PRO A/V gear ONLY (no vehicles).

Interested parties please email me at:
altbizsite@yahoo.com
Or feel free to call my Ensenada cell:
(052) 646 268-4840.
Thanks,
John

You still have this trailer for sale? I'm in San Felipe for about a week and think it may be a good fit for my project.
