Hello H! We heard Fiduwhat was bought by Bancomer. We have not received our bill nor have others that we know also have a Fidi with them. The website was of no help. Sheryl said you were heading down soon. Maybe just drive to the office and see if they are still there? I tried to email via the link on the website and just got forwarded to a website to download a vpn . Bummer, they were always so easy and dependable.
Good Luck.

If you have a fideicomiso with Interacciones and have had trouble getting statements or receipts for payments, Banorte gave me the following information for clients to reach them (Banorte bought Interacciones months ago):

Contact
Felipe Gil Samaniego: j17felipeg@yahoo.com

Aydee Batancourt: tramiteinteracciones@gmail.com.

Telephone: 664 900-6274 and 664 976-6071 in Tijuana.

Yes. I can see what tax I owe, but there is no way to pay it online (no link or icon or ...). We have only paid once before (in person), but I was hoping to pay online this year.

I understand that Narda is no longer with Fiduwat. We have successfully communicated with Lourdes Rodriguez Estrada there although this was a few months ago. Here email is: fiduwhat_luly@hotmail.com
We also successfully mailed our payment to the office in La Paz however I had to request a payment amount, they did not send a payment notice like in the past.

I've been trying to pay mine as well for the last few days, same thing no icon like in the past to click on for payment ? I've been paying taxes for 11 years now and this site usually works about 50% of the time on the first attempt... try back a few days later and it works.

Not intending to hi jack the thread, but the issue I bring up is in line with the title of the thread.

I have my Fido with Banorte in La Paz. Got the property over 10 years ago. Last year they tried to raise my fee. I said that they couldn't do that legally as it was a sum certain in the Fido contract with no provision or permission to increase or decrease the fixed amount. So I forged ahead and paid only the contract amount ignoring their effort to raise my fee completely. I got my letter of receipt by email a few weeks later reflecting the amount that I paid...the original contract amount which was stipulated in USD per the Fido document.

Anybody else encounter anything similar?

I, also did not receive a bill from FiduWhat. I contacted and they responded quickly, with the bill for both of our Fidos. I payed both via check three weeks ago in the office in San Lucas. bk

Anybody else try the new property tax payment website for LosCabos?
https://www.tesoreria.loscabos.gob.mx/pagos-y-consultas-en-l...

Like bajafreaks, I can't get it to go through.

I can get to the place where I enter by credit card info, but it always tells me "Your transaction was unsuccessful, please check your details and try again. "

My credit card company tells me that they see zero evidence of the attempted charge, so it apparently isn't ever getting to them.

The payment site is being run by Banamex. Maybe they only respect Banamex credit cards?

I did hear Fiduwhat was purchased. My fideo camiso was with Banco del Bajío and I paid every year with Narda in La Paz. Now I asked and was sent an email from Fiduwhat and it says I pay BANCO MERCANTIL DEL NORTE, S.A. Is this Banorte , and I guess I can go into any branch and pay ?
