When I didn’t receive my (paper) bill as usual, I contacted Lourdes via email. She then emailed me the bill, and I paid with a personal check. This was her last response to me:

Dear Mr. Boe,

We received your payment for your trust contract, when your bank confirm
the administrative department will send your official confirmation.

Regards

Santader mistakenly applied our check payment to a different fidecomiso for multiple years. Always write the fideocomiso account # on the check. (this was key to correcting)
Get a screen print of your fideo that is within their admin system. check the number against the public notario record.

Many of us in Centenario have our fide at Scotia bank. This past year the office handling the accounts, which was located in TJ, closed and no amount of attempts to find anyone who could tell us where to send our check worked. We even contacted the Scotia HQ in Canada and they didn't even know what a fide was. So we just went into the local branch ( which had refused our money a few years ago) and presented last year's receipt and they required USD , so we paid cash and left, hoping the money gets to the right place.
