Anybody know?
Can a student pilot US certification fly in Mexico as PIC(solo)?

A student pilot license is a pilot certificate.
That is my question.
Can a student pilot get authorized at the airport of entry the same as a private or recreational pilot
People fly ultralights etc... that takes a license.

Not for me. A friend wants to fly to Baja.
I didn't know where to look up the regs for it.

Thank you for checking my resume... again.

If I was looking for an assistant to remind me of everything I ever said I get married again...;)
