All are in the northern state and all were taken on just one of my 8 Baja research trips (2017-2018).

#5. looks like it could be the eastside canyons of the southern Sierra de
Juárez. The white granite of the northerly canyons gives way to the darker rock, and some horizontal bands of rock on the ridge lines, maybe south of
Cañón la Mora. Perhaps Cañón Palomar or Cañón Santa Isabel? Or the more obscure Cañón Alamar. Hmmm, my first guess is Palomar, second guess is
Santa Isabel.

Oops, is that a cardón cactus sticking up in the center of the photo? Tiny in the photo, can't see for sure. Well if it is, amend my guess to the
Sierra San Pedro Mártir eastside canyons. The geology and topography of the flat plateau appears more southerly; not the jagged granite of the
nothern Sierra San Pedro Mártir. Maybe Arroyo Matomí area?
Ahh, your clue above, Rancho Matomí?

#5 must be El Cajon, but the summertime moss faked me. the Matomi was a bad guess because the pic has too much water

I am guessing the beach picture is of the Pacific ocean, in central Baja.

Bingo... yes, #5 is the oasis, waterfall-fed pool behind Rancho Matomi.
Paul, you asked if it was Rancho Morelia... but I knew you mis-typed (see my earlier reply to you).
Here's looking at the rock I was standing on for photo #5:
This was in March 2017.
Semi-abandoned Rancho Matomi.
