Otay Mesa SENTRI, has recent construction/repair been completed for evening crossing?

I read a few weeks ago that there would be construction/repairs to the SENTRI lanes on the Mexico side at Otay Mesa. (I'm assuming to fix the huge potholes). Closures during evening hours were scheduled to last 2 weeks. Of course, I'm skeptical that any construction there is ever completed on time.
Does anyone know if it has been completed and if the SENTRI lanes are open again at night?
If still closed at night, I will return via Tecate. Thanks.
