mailing from La Paz

I need a mail service that can be trusted not to lose manuscripts being sent to and from the U.S. Anybody got any ideas? How safe is a box at the LP post office?

mail

I have been using the La Paz P.O. many years and have even gotten Gov. checks which are very obvious. Sometimes it takes a long time to recieve mail. When I am sending mail out I usually take it to the clubhouse at Marina De La Paz then it is hand carried by someone and mailed in the states, Marina La Paz allways carries U.S. stamps.
