Those two guys don't look the same to me. Different mustache, and look at the arm differences. Heavily tatted arm on one guy, none on the other? Unless he only gets tats on one arm?

Kind of interesting to post up a black sea bass, considering they are protected here in SoCal. Looks like an article from WON.

Mike Griffith, the author of the article, covers outdoor hunting, fishing etc for the Bakersfield paper. Since the guy that caught the fish, Martin Downs, is from Bakersfield I assume Mike interviewed him for the piece.
