Tolls Again!

All the toll booths were back in operation. Went down on Thursday, came back this morning. $2 a pop. Only a hour at the border, not too bad for the peasant lanes.

Protestors... and toll workers won't cross the "picket lines".

Drove down to Ensenada on Saturday to check out Lucha Libre...long lines at each toll booth. 105 minute wait at Tecate yesterday around 10:30 am.

Are you talking about 1hour plus waits at the border or at the tool booths?

Mood: I'd rather regret the things I've done than regret the things I haven't done.

I also drove down Saturday early afternoon and the toll booths were fully manned and most lines open but still had long lines. It was just to many cars and not a slowdown by the toll booth operators.

Going southbound the first 2 booths were about 15 minutes and the last one was around 30 minutes. Lots of people heading to the beaches as the beaches were jammed packed with cars and people. Once you got to Ensenada the traffic was not any worse than normal.

Just an FYI, it's overcast and around 70 degrees at La Bufadora.
