I like to keep track of baja lot prices on a dollars per square meter basis. How many square meters or square feet is the lot? And certainly, location
makes a difference and you have a good location. Power and water at the lot, like yours, is also a bonus.
Are there investment clauses in the fideicomiso?

Without looking up my paperwork I want to say its right around 850 sq.mt. and no investment clauses in the Fiedo that I'm aware of.

Thanks, that puts it at 108 dollars per sq. meter (92,000 / 850). I think investment clauses (requirements to build within a certain amount of time)
start at 2000 sq. meters but I'm not sure.
Just curious, I'm looking in the Mulege area. Good luck. Nice lot.
